Career Cruising: Top source for information. Log in with the username and password located on the last page of the handbook. You may also retrieve the personal information you created when you used Career Cruising with your guidance counselor. Ask Ms. Kinsella or your guidance counselor if you do not remember your log in and password.
Gale Power Search: Click on Advanced Search. Select “Publication Title” in the drop down menu to the left of the first search box and then type “Career Information Center” into the search box. You can leave “keyword” in the drop down menu for the second box and then type in the name of your occupation into the search box next to keyword. Hit return (enter) to search. If you do not retrieve any results, choose a more general career. For example, instead of “cabinetmaker”, search “carpenter”.
